1. Eligibility
Players must be 18 years of age or older and not residents of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. By registering, you confirm you are accessing our services lawfully in your jurisdiction. One account per person, household, and IP address. Multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
2. Account Registration & KYC
You must provide accurate registration information. Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawal. Required documents: valid photo ID, proof of address (utility bill/bank statement dated within 3 months), payment method verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of first withdrawal request may result in account suspension.
3. Welcome Bonus Terms
Welcome bonus: 100% match on first deposit up to €200. Minimum qualifying deposit: €20. Wagering requirement: 30x bonus amount (not deposit + bonus). Maximum bet during active wagering: €5 per spin. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture: creating multiple accounts; using bonus funds in prohibited games; exploiting errors or software glitches; using VPN to bypass geolocation restrictions; collusion with other players; money laundering or fraudulent deposits; use by minors. We reserve the right to audit accounts and reverse transactions that breach these terms.
6. Responsible Gambling
We offer: deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly); loss limits; session timers; reality checks; cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion. Changes that reduce limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. KingMaker Casino operates under Curaçao eGaming licence 8048/JAZ. Disputes should be directed to our support team in the first instance. Alternative dispute resolution is available through the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.
